Refund and Returns Policy
We've designed our return and refund process to be straightforward and convenient for you:
- Return Period: You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to return items. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: If an item is damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs. However, if you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you'll be responsible for the shipping fees.
- Defective or Broken Items: If your item is defective or broken, notify us within 30 days. We'll assist you in returning it at no extra cost. Once received, we'll either replace the item or issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges.
- Change of Mind Returns: If you simply no longer want the item, you have 30 days to return it. You'll need to cover the return shipping fees. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we'll refund the item's cost, deducting the shipping fees.
- How To Return Items: Products must be returned by mail.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
